Fools’ Gold is a challenging, self supported 420km bike packing route through Dja Dja Warrung country and starting in Maryborough, Victoria that can be completed any time.

The Fools Gold 420 also runs as an unsupported bikepacking event every year in April and passes through the major towns of Avoca, St Arnaud, Inglewood and Maryborough on a variety of gravel roads, single track and fire trails.

A mountain bike or monster cross bike with 2.2inch tyres is suggested by the event organiser.
