The Fleurieu Peninsula (located about an hours drive south of Adelaide) is a gateway for holiday makers seeking quaint seaside towns, famous wineries, quality food & produce, sweeping ocean views and of-course quiet gravel roads.

The route is intended to be ridden over 3 days from Seaford where you can catch the train down from Adelaide and then bike or flash pack your way through the peninsula.
Base yourself in Normanville for 2 nights and then work your way back up to Seaford through wine country.

The route takes in everything that makes this part of the world fantastic with some of the highlights being The St Vincent Gulf from Seaford to Sellicks Beach, Myponga Reservoir, Inman Valley Gravel and riding along Encounter Bay.

Bonus route out of Normanville if you have an extra day spare: Fleurieu South Gravel Loop
